In case you want to contact us personally, please call us during our opening times. You can arrange for face-to-face counselling if you wish. Outside these times there is an answering maching running 24/7.
If you are experiencing an acute crisis, we will call you back within 24 hours. Please leave a phone number on the answering machine. E-mail enquiries will be answered within 3 working days.
Our counselling centre is situated in an apartment building in Barmek (close to the cross-roads Beethovenstraße/Adolph-Schönfelder-Straße).
Take line U3 to stop ‚Hamburger Straße‘ or ‚Dehnhaide‘. Take a ten-minute walk or get on bus no 261 (from Hamburger Straße) or bus no 171 (from Dehnhaide). Get off the bus at Biedermannplatz.
Our rooms are on the first floor. We regret not being able to provide barrier-free access, but if needed an individual solution will be found.
